The beginnings
Ron Slavin started Cabinet Country in 1976 with a location on S River St in downtown Janesville, WI. Holiday Kitchens, made in Rice Lake, WI, was one of the first cabinet lines offered by the new showroom and is still one of our most popular cabinets today.
The showroom was moved to our current location in 1992 to allow for much needed display expansion and storage. Flooring Unlimited, a connected showroom with hardwood, luxury vinyl, carpet and tile was added to allow for a true one-stop-shop experience.
Tessa Dongarra took over the family business in 2014 and is honored to continue the tradition of quality products and services her father started.
